Thomas Alexander (3) is of Irish and Scottish descent, and was born in 1862
and later married Annie Elizabeth Olson on Aug. 25, 1891. Thomas Alexander and
Annie settled on lot # 296, 5th range of Inverness and later exchanged this
farm with Thomas Lowry. Thomas was quite a story-teller; friends would love to
gather at their home on Sunday to share a yarn. Thomas also was a horse
trader.
Annie Elizabeth was recognized as being the best in knitting and spinning wool
and was a quiet person who enjoyed being at home. In 1940 Thomas moved to
Ontario where he later died of pneumonia in 1950. Annie Elizabeth died of
cirrhosis of the liver (1874-1959). Both are in Teen Ontario. ... 9c "
